Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We offer replacements for products that are damaged, defective, or received incorrectly. Exchanges for other reasons are subject to product availability and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the standard return process, if eligible.
